General knowledge of landscape masonry, plant ID, proper planting technique, site work, layout, reading plans, grading and irrigation is required. Experienced Landscape Masons with 3+ years of experience to work on high-end residential and commercial projects to complement our existing crews. Applicants must have experience working on high-end masonry construction projects. Must have extensive skill and knowledge of natural stone paving, flatwork including bluestone and granite, concrete pavers, dry and semi-dry natural stone walls and veneer walls. Also concrete and masonry mixes, concrete formwork, brick and blockwork, and tile work.

Experienced Horticulturist to work in "The Gardisans" the specialized property management service of ZEN Associates. This department focuses on designing, installing and caring for specialty gardens, courtyard gardens, large perennial landscapes, and container gardens throughout the Boston area. Strongest applicant will have a sound design esthetic, strong knowledge of annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs, and a thorough understanding of proper horticultural practices and organic plant care.

Experienced Pruners with 3+ years of experience to work in our Maintenance Department. We are looking for professionals proficient in the art and science of hand pruning to maintain and our installations. Knowledge of Japanese style pruning techniques a plus. Must have a good working knowledge of horticulture, plant identification, tree care, and general landscaping.

Landscape Crew Members with experience in landscape construction, planting, basic maintenance, general pruning, general landscaping, and knowledge of plant material should apply. Experienced lawn maintenance team members are needed. Must be proficient with all aspects of lawn maintenance including working knowledge of, deck mowers, walk behinds, line trimmers, aerators, and slice seeders. Knowledge of fertilization techniques is a plus.
